Many times a computer issue with one of our virtual world platforms can be easily solved. Please refer to some of the most common issues and give them a try before contacting tech support.

Troubleshoot Problem

If you are having issues logging in be sure to double check the user name and password we sent you upon enrollment. All user names and passwords are consistent across our log in areas.

Fully Reboot System

Many times an issue can be resolved simply by rebooting your PC completely. Give that a try and then attempt to log in again.

Unplug & Plug Back In

If you are having connection issues, unplug your modem and let it reboot. You may also want to attempt to disable your wireless connection and then re-enable it again.
