Jordan Hale

Jordan Hale is the lead technology innovator behind WiloStar3D’s immersive learning environment. From a young age, Jordan has been deeply involved in the development and evolution of the school’s virtual world platform and technical infrastructure.

Jordan’s work includes:

• Designing and maintaining the Wiloworlds immersive learning environment
• Developing systems that support live interaction, creative building, and student engagement
• Adapting technology to support neurodiverse learners, accessibility, and ease of use
• Continuously improving the platform based on real classroom experience

By working closely with educators, Jordan ensures that technology at WiloStar3D serves learning — not the other way around. The result is a stable, purpose-built environment designed specifically for immersive, educational use.

WiloStar3D Academy works with a team of qualified educators who bring experience in online teaching, immersive learning, and supporting neurodiverse students.

WiloStar3D has a focus on instructional quality, consistency, and live engagement skills in our educators. This includes deep experience working with neurodiverse student needs in combination with educational tech skills.

Our teachers:

• Work live with students during daily class meetings and Study Hall sessions

Growing up, Janet Hale was immersed in a learning environment founded on hands-on exploration, creativity, and real-world experiences. Her parents were founders of the Pathfinder School, an independent school known for its emphasis on experiential learning, outdoor education, and subject immersion through nature, wilderness, and direct engagement.

Those early experiences left a lasting impression.

At WiloStar3D, that same philosophy lives on — reimagined for a modern world. Instead of immersing students in forests and wilderness alone, students are immersed in rich virtual worlds, creative projects, and real-life applications that connect learning to experience in meaningful ways.
